Okay, time to make new room for new jewelry and supplies!! For the past 2 weeks I have had new supplies coming in almost daily!! So I need to make room for my new babies. Everything in my store is marked 25% off. I only have supplies left to make maybe 1 or 2 pieces of the same style, so once they are gone, they are gone. New jewelry will be released in April and I promise they will be just as amazing! Another sneak peak of my new jewelry.

Been a while....

It's been a couple of weeks since my last blog entry. I've been busy with my new beads and new designs. Also my wedding planning is starting to pick up, so I'll have less time to design. :( Kind of sad to tuck away my beads and jewelry. Speaking of which, I haven't even finished reading the new book I bought a few weeks ago. I have putting that aside and trying to forget about it. It's the new book Amy Tan wrote called : Saving Fish from Drowning. I read the first 20 pages and it's pretty interesting. Hopefully I'll finish it some time soon. Anyways, here's a sneak peak at my newer designs. Picture isn't that great I must say. But it'll do for now.

First Week

I've finally had the time to open up a store and take my jewelry making seriously. I've been making jewelry for about 4 years and it's been an on and off thing. I started it as a craft and made some simple Swarovski earrings and bracelets (because I could not afford the ones at the Swarovski stores). Which is how I started making some small income with family, friends and friends of friends, etc. Then my first big chance really took off when my friend held a fashion show right here in Toronto. I KNEW I had to grab the chance and asked him if he needed some jewelry with his clothes? We clicked instantly and I made a lot of contacts with the locals. Which sounds like a good start huh? Well, it was.... Till I found my new job. It sucked all the time out of me and I had to put away my precious beads and supplies. =( But I've always remembered how I loved making jewelry and love seeing my customers' reaction when they see my new products. So it's time to start again! It hasn't been a week since I opened my store and I've made some great people over at Etsy and Flickr (love ya!). So it's been a great week so far.
